What It Means to Wear With Intention
Share
Most of us put on jewelry the same way we put on shoes. Automatically. Without thinking. A habit, not a choice.
But what if the things closest to your body carried meaning? What if every time you glanced at your wrist you were reminded — not of the time — but of who you are becoming?
That's the idea behind Coded Intentions.
I didn't create this brand because the world needed more jewelry. I created it because I couldn't find what I was looking for — something beautiful that also meant something. Something I could put on with purpose and carry through my day as a quiet anchor.
Every piece I've ever worn has a story. A person who gave it to me. A cause it supports. A moment it represents. I've never been able to wear something just because it looked nice. For me jewelry has always been personal. It has always been intentional.
So I built a brand around that idea.
Coded Intentions pieces aren't designed to be admired. They're designed to be used. Each one carries a hidden pattern — a numerical code embedded in the beads — inspired by something real. A frequency. A breathing rhythm. A symbol of alignment. The code is there whether you know it or not. But when you know it — when you understand what you're wearing — everything changes.
You stop putting on jewelry. You start putting on a practice.
What wearing with intention actually means:
It means pausing before you put it on. Just for a moment. Setting down your phone, your coffee, your to do list — and asking yourself one simple question:
What do I want to call in today?
It doesn't need to be profound. It just needs to be true.
Maybe today you need to feel grounded. Maybe you need to slow down and breathe. Maybe you're working toward something and you need a reminder that you're already on your way.
Whatever it is — hold that thought. Then slip your piece on and let it carry that intention with you.
Throughout the day when you notice it on your wrist — and you will notice it — let it bring you back. Back to the intention. Back to yourself. Back to the present moment where everything actually happens.
That's it. That's the whole practice. One moment of stillness. One question. One intention.
It sounds simple because it is. The most powerful practices always are.
Why it works:
We forget. That's the most human thing about us. We set an intention in the morning and by 10am the noise of the day has swallowed it whole.
Physical objects anchor us. They give our intentions somewhere to live outside our minds. Every time you see your piece — every time you touch it — you remember. Not in a heavy effortful way. Just a quiet nudge. A coded reminder of who you are and what you're calling in.
This is why people have worn meaningful objects throughout history. Talismans. Amulets. Prayer beads. Rosaries. The form changes but the function is the same — something physical to return to when the mind wanders.
Coded Intentions is that — for right now, for the world we're living in, for the person you're becoming.
A invitation:
The next time you put on your piece — pause. Just for one breath. Ask yourself what you need today. Let the answer be your intention. Then put it on and carry it with you.
See what shifts.
Your path is already in motion. This is just the reminder.
